  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return. This helps us verify the purchase details and ensure an efficient return process.

  • Exclusions and Restocking Fees: We reserve the right to refuse returns or issue a partial refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • Exceptions: Please adhere to our return policy and follow the instructions provided by our customer service team when returning an item. We are not responsible for any products returned without prior approval, and such returns may not be eligible for a refund.

Special Scenarios

Returns for Personal Reasons Changed your mind? No problem. However, please be advised that for such returns, the cost of original and return shipping will be withheld from your refund.

Returns from Other Retailers If you purchased the product from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for return assistance. Unfortunately, we can only process returns for purchases made through our official website.

Wrong or Damaged Items Please inspect your items upon arrival. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll resolve the issue at no cost to you.

Exchanges To receive your new item quickly, we recommend placing a new order after your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 1-7 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
